Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days after the order is placed.

The delivery time to the USA is from 10-20 days after the order is processed at our end.

The delivery time to Japan is from 3-9 days after the order is processed at our end.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clscea is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Some exclusions may apply such as a change in shipping rates if your address happens to be in a remote area. We will address these issues on a case by case basis to help remedy the issue with the buyer.
